Dispatch & Deliveries

All shipping is conducted with Fastway Couriers express satchel services. This is a rapid and efficient service that offers fast transit times and nation wide coverage. For outer areas Fastway may sub-contract the satchel out to Australia Post. As PO Boxes are only accessible by Australia Post, we unfortunately can not offer deliveries to PO Box addresses, this also includes Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers, PMB’s and any other delivery point that is accessible only by Australia Post.

Please note that remote locations, including Tasmania, Darwin & Perth, may have longer delivery times of up to 5-10 working days.

Each item will be protected with bubble or plastic wrap in order to protect the item and it’s original, unopened packaging. We send all packages same or next day (Mon-Fri) to guarantee the fastest delivery times.

We are a retail outlet so pick up is absolutely possible 7 days per week from our store front at 2-3/4 Page Court, Nerang. Just pop in during business hours.
